📦 Returns, Refund & Cancellation Policy – Le Cocoon
(Including ELAN & ARGENT Collections).
At Le Cocoon, we value your trust and strive to ensure you love every purchase—whether it’s home décor, fashion jewellery, clothing, or premium silver jewellery from ARGENT by Le Cocoon and ELAN by Le Cocoon. If something doesn’t feel right, we’re here to help.
🔄 Returns
Products can be returned within 2 days of delivery, provided the item is:
- Unused and unworn
- Undamaged
- In original packaging with all tags/labels intact
Return Eligibility by Category:
- Home Décor & Fashion Jewellery: Eligible for return unless marked as non-returnable.
- Clothing (ELAN by Le Cocoon): Eligible for return if unworn, unwashed, and with original tags intact.
- Silver Jewellery 925 Certified( ARGENT by Le Cocoon):
❗ No returns or exchanges are accepted unless the product is received in a damaged or defective condition.
This policy is strictly enforced due to the premium and hygiene-sensitive nature of silver jewellery.
Customised or made-to-order products are not eligible for return or exchange, unless damaged or defective upon delivery.
💰 Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.
- Shipping and handling charges (if any) are non-refundable.
- For ARGENT Silver Jewellery, refunds are only applicable for verified damaged or defective products.
❌ Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order, provided they have not been processed or shipped.

Once an order has been shipped, cancellations are not possible. You may proceed with a return (if eligible) after delivery.
🚚 Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery by emailing:📧 support@lecocoon.in
Attach clear photos and your order number for verification.
- Approved exchanges or replacements will be completed within 7 business working days.
- For ARGENT Silver Jewellery, damage verification is mandatory before any refund, exchange, or replacement is approved.
