Welcome to Le Cocoon. By browsing, using, or placing an order on our website (www.lecocoon.in), you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy.

1. Eligibility & Account Security

  • You must be 18 years or older to place orders.
  • Providing accurate contact, billing, and delivery information is your responsibility.
  • Keep your account credentials secure. Any activity using your account is your responsibility. We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations.

2. Product Accuracy & Availability

  • We strive for accurate product representation. However, actual colors/finishes may vary due to screen differences or lighting.
  • Product descriptions, pricing, and availability can change without notice. We reserve the right to limit purchases or discontinue items, and aren’t obligated to accept every order.

3. Order Process

  • Your order is a proposal to purchase, accepted only when confirmed and paid (or, for COD, processed).
  • If we must or choose to decline an order, we’ll notify you and refund payments promptly.

4. Pricing & Payment Terms

  • All prices are in INR, inclusive of applicable taxes.
  • Payment methods: Prepaid (card/UPI/net banking) or COD (₹150 shipping/handling fee applied).
  • COD surcharge applies irrespective of order value.
  • Orders process after successful payment or COD confirmation.

5. Shipping & Delivery

  • Processing time: typically 1–2 business days.
  • Delivery: 3–5 days (metro) or 5–7 days (other locations). Delays may occur due to courier/network issues.
  • Mobile number is mandatory for OTP-based delivery confirmation.
  • Returned parcels due to wrong or incomplete address will incur re-shipping charges.

6. Cancelling Orders

  • Cancellation is allowed within 24 hours of placing the order, only if not yet shipped.
  • After dispatch, cancellation is not possible; you may initiate a return post-delivery if applicable.

7. Returns & Refunds

  • Return eligibility: within 2 days of delivery, items must be unused, in original packaging, with tags.
  • Exceptions: Jewellery (for hygiene) and customised items are not eligible unless defective.
  • Defective or damaged product claims must be emailed within 48 hours of delivery with photos.
  • Refunds (where applicable) will be processed in 7–10 business days after inspection; shipping charges are non-refundable.

8. Warranty & Liability

  • Products are sold “as-is.” We disclaim all implicit warranties including merchantability and fitness.
  • To the fullest extent under law, LeCocoon’s liability is limited to the purchase price of the product. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

9. Intellectual Property Rights

  • All website content (text, images, design) is owned by LeCocoon and protected under IP laws.
  • Reproduction or use of our content without written permission is prohibited.

10. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

  • These Terms are governed by Indian law.
  • Any disputes will be resolved in courts located in Bengaluru, Karnataka.

11. Modifications to Terms

  • We reserve the right to amend these Terms at our discretion, effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use implies acceptance of the changes.
