We currently ship across India.

International shipping will be introduced soon (updates will be shared on our website & social media).

📦 Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after confirmation of payment.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

🚚 Delivery Timelines

Metro Cities (India): 7 business days

Other Locations (India): 7 business days

Delivery times may vary due to courier availability, location, or unforeseen delays (weather, strikes, etc.).

📱 Mobile number is mandatory for delivery, as OTP verification may be required by courier partners.

💰 Shipping Charges

Prepaid Orders:

– Free shipping on all prepaid orders.

Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders:

– A flat ₹150 shipping & handling fee is applicable, irrespective of order value.

📝 Tracking Your Order

Once shipped, you will receive a tracking ID via email/SMS to track your parcel in real-time.

You can also check your order status anytime by contacting us at support@lecocoon.in.

🚫 Undeliverable Packages

If an order is returned due to incorrect address, missing mobile number, or multiple failed delivery attempts, re-shipping may incur additional charges.
